New workshop: Next Gen Studio with Already Been Chewed!
Barton Damer takes you inside Already Been Chewed's hybrid CG and AI workflow in this new School of Motion workshop.
Put your artist's eye in charge of AI. Go inside Already Been Chewed's hybrid workflow for sports films, brand concepts, and product animation tests.
In our new School of Motion workshop, Next Gen Studio with Already Been Chewed, Barton Damer takes you inside his studio’s hybrid CG and AI workflow. This workshop offers 3+ hours of watch-only training, with project breakdowns and experiments that show where AI helps, where it falls short, and how an artist’s eye guides the result.
Follow the evolution from AI-assisted ideation and client approvals to experiments with final output. You will explore the Baltimore Ravens uniform reveal, NFL rebrand work for ESPN, and product animation tests that combine traditional 3D tools with AI. The focus is not just on generating something interesting. It is on deciding how these tools belong in a creative process.

Who is this workshop for?
This workshop is for motion designers and other creative artists who want to see how a working studio brings AI into its process. Whether your background is design, animation, photography, or CG, Barton explores how your existing strengths can shape the way you use these tools.
It is a watch-only workshop, not a software exercise. You do not need to purchase a bundle of apps to follow along. Demonstrations include Higgsfield, Cinema 4D, and prompt refinement with Claude or ChatGPT; project breakdowns also discuss Maya and Houdini.
If you choose to experiment alongside the videos, tool access and costs will depend on what you use. Check current service terms and your client’s confidentiality requirements before uploading client material.
