Three NEW After Effects Plugins + Canva Launches ProSuite | Motion Mondays

Canva brought Affinity, Cavalry, Flourish, and Leonardo AI under one connected umbrella, introducing collaborative workflows that let teammates edit text and colors directly without breaking master animation files. Meanwhile, Jake Bartlett put Higgsfield's bold marketing claims to the test inside After Effects, demonstrating what happens when automated promises run into reality. Adobe also rolled out its September updates across Premiere and After Effects, highlighted by timeline-based sound effect generation and expanded AI media tools.

On the tooling front, After Effects gets physical ink bleed simulations with SUMI and GPU-powered particle systems with Entropy, while Blender adds native 3D Gaussian splat support in 5.3 alongside a two-year studio production roadmap.
